Panache Formal
(A confession, this is a work in progress, the jacket is an old tuxedo coat that I have replaced the buttons on and pinned to approximate a formal kilt jacket. It is at the tailors now to be hemmed and have epaulettes added. I will probably switch the cumberbund for a vest. Whenever the outfit is finally completed I will post another picture)
