That is seriously low. I hate thieves with a passion...
I was wondering why someone would have taken just the airbags, since it didn't make sense to me (I have never owned a car with an airbag). But that does makes sense, from a safety standpoint. I keep forgetting that everywhere other than the states seem to call a car "hood" a "bonnet"...been a while since I have read any automotive books from anywhere else (although I have some).

Shouldn't that be classified as illegal? Having a screen in the middle of your steering wheel would pose one hell of a distraction, as well as a safety issue: Oops, I wrecked, oops the screen broke... oops I know have bits of glass wedged in my face.

Alec Issigonis, the designer of the original Mini, thought RADIOS were too much of a distraction, so he PURPOSELY left NO place for them on the Mini!!

I'm sorry to hear that. It just SUCKS!!!:fewl: When it happens, your stomach feels aweful. Worse, those idiots probably think nothing of it. They DESERVE to get the book thrown at them (images of jumper cables ).

A new air bag system for an old 2 bag system is several grand. New multi-gag systems get WAY up there very quick.
