BP 170/110, triglycerides three times "normal."
Doc hasn't changed the meds yet, and I'm currently holding a daily average of 100/65. He says I'll probably be off the Benicar in a month.
It came down to rolling the numbers on my likelihood for heart problems and/or adult-onset diabetes, and I didn't like the results. Not at all.
I'm going to be doing my level best not to exceed 190lbs for the rest of my life.
