The Stillwater Heavyweight tips in at 13 ounces, but behaves rather well in the wind. I've stood in 50mph gusts with out to many problems, and have been out kilted in a hurricane with it.

The trick is, spread your legs wide and let the wind blow through you. Keep your legs narrow and you build up surface tension, and your aprons act like sails. Wide stance, and the aprons buckle between your legs and let the wind pass through with very little lift.

    I hope that made sense.
