I have started smiling sweetly at wolf whistles that come my way such as when I went to choir practice in Cwm tonight.

But another reason to smile sweetly is that today I ordered what will be kilt #15 (or cilt #2) - an eight yard dress St David's National tartan which I hope will arrive before St David's Day!

I had a similar experience w/ one guy at a memorial for a friend of mine. The strange part was that about a week later I got a call at home from the same guy with an apology. He said that he was totally inappropriate and he was sincerely apologizing. I had a hard time remembering that anyone had said anything out of line. Apparently, he felt so bad that he had all of his friends one the lookout for me so he could find my number and call me. It's nice to know that some people feel responsible to account for their own actions. O'Neille

    Good Job

    Derek,

You handled that well, But I grew up in a very rural part of Va. backwater Appomattox, County. My father dressed me up in a kilt/Cilt at the young age of 5 and I have been wearing them ever since. Along with my Father and all my brothers( Up grew up in a family of 11,Strength in numbers I guess). Everbody just says OH its the Kilt guy and moves on. In fact I have had non kilted locals beat me to the punch as it were with rude people (Mainly those Damn Yankees But that is another story). So keep it up and continue to wear your Cilt with Pride and in Good health!!
I even wear my KILTS on post and have never heard anything but positive remarks.
