To be fair I never use sunscreen and my tats are almost twenty years old. When I first got tattooed vibrant colours were not really mainstream. Coloured inks may have been improved over the years for retention. These guys say to use use sun screen and I will agree. Talk to your tattooist he or she is more interested in you getting a tattoo to last, than to just do a crap tattoo for a quick buck.
