Scotexan21,
Free advice is worth the price but here is my tuppence worth...
There are a lot of unknowns here...your past experiences on this job before and with these managers, what type of job it is, whether it is a career job or an interim student job, et cetera ad infinitum....but speaking from the perspective of 35+ years more in the workplace, you are at the most basic level of flee or fight.

You will have lots of support from friends and family outside the job but how much from the young and female "senior" manager? How much "Good Ole Texan Boy" attitude prevails throughout the company? Would she, your boss, be willing or able to discipline or discharge these two cretins, sorry, managers?

If you leave the job, albeit with reasonable cause, what message and power does this give these two individuals? And, lastly, how much do you care?

I wish you luck and know that you have my support either way, and I am sure there are a large number of XMarkers that will agree with any decision you make (and some who won't agree with Any decision you make ).

Illegitimi Non Carborundum
"Don't let the bastards grind you down"

According to Safire's New Political Dictionary, this is "a pseudo-Latin phrase meaning 'don't let the bastards grind you down'. Small signs and plaques carrying this message have appeared in U.S. business offices and army posts for at least a generation, since General "Vinegar Joe" Stilwell used it as his motto in World War II. Carborundum is a trademark for silicon carbide, a leading commercial grinding substance...In politics, the motto was popularized by 1964 Republican nominee Senator Barry Goldwater, who hung the sign in his office."
