Stillwater has a $44 economy in Wallace.
If only I had everything up and running, I might could help more. 96 District Storehouse has a bolt of a heavy, but non-worsted, 100% wool Wallace tartan (hard on one side/fuzzy on other) for $12/yd (us). The selvedge is good, but has gray threads (which I kinda like). I have 4 yards that I am prototyping a machined box-pleat (now, to get the machine). The material should make a good kilt.

If need one and can't make it yourself, I'd say go to Rocky. His are nice and WELL worth the price.
