Seems to have done the trick on that item.
Rocky, THAT REALLY STINKS!!!
I remains amazing to me that people would THINK of doing that, much less ACTUALLY doing it. The depth people will sink to is remarkable (and such actions are surprisingly common).
unfortunately, when I checked earlier, there was only about 30 minutes left of bidding, so I don't think it was our little coup that solved it.
I'd suggest bookmarking this user's listing page, and checking it from time to time - if you haven't already gotten a response from him.

There is also an option that says "Add to Favorite Sellers." I know this guy won't be a favorite but e-bay sends you an e-mail when new listings are made by that seller. I have a few favorites and get updates about weekly on new listings.
Sorry this had to happen. A friend of mine is a photographer and she had to change her website because people were stealing her pictures and using them on everything from t-shirts to coffee mugs even sometimes using Photoshop to take out her copyright watermark. Some people just don't get it.

Thanks for all the support guys. I didn't THINK I was over-reacting, but I wanted to leave it to the XMARKS Faithful to be sure.
I'll keep an eye on this guy and check his auctions from time to time. In the meantime, if you guys see pics on ebay that look familiar to you (you think you've seen them on USAK, Utilikilts, FK, RKilts, SWK... etc websites), drop the ACTUAL company (in this case, USAK) an email and let them know! It's pretty crappy that we have to police ebay to protect our products and pics, but it looks like we have to. It's hard to do when you're just 1 or 2 (or 3 or 4... not 100) people running a company, so if the "power of the XMARKS MASSES" sees anything, shoot the appropriate company an email and let them know they're being copied! I for one would thank you.
Also... thanks to everyone who dropped them an email asking them to remove the pics. I had emailed the seller (politely, but FIRMLY) asking him to take it down and had reported him to EBAY last night. Not sure if our letters did the trick or if the auction just ended, but it's done now.
