Congratulations and welcome to XMarks!
What type of company? Any of the employees plan on wearing one now that the boss has broken the ice?

I wore my new St David's tartan cilt to the hospital this morning.
The radiographer had just returned from working in Orkney and was very complimentary!
Just goes to show how many situations lend themselves to the kilt that you might not usually think of!

Great step forward. It will be very interesting to hear what your employee's do over the next few months. Will more kilts appear? Tune in next week. Same kilt time, same kilt channel

While, I used to wear a kilt (usually a UK) to work, it was always brought up after I was hired for a gig (I work freelance). Then about 8 months ago, I decided to revamp my website, and I'm now the kilted camera man. Prospective clients know all about my kilt before they ever contact me. While I'm still not as busy as I'l like to be, I worked more in the last 6 months that in the previous 18. Power of the kilt.

from the Scottish Borders. I started wearing a kilt to work in a public office (where I was the manager) four years ago when a leg injury kept me out of trousers for a few weeks. It was so well received that I continued to wear it once or twice a week after my leg healed. Later I took early retiral and became self employed and there are very few occasions when trousers will be more appropriate for conducting the client's business, so I now wear kilts most days.
