While I'm not likely to ever get a leather (I'd get another tartan first, any day of the week), I'd pick just the leather over a regular and a pair of New Rocks assuming I had to pick a or b. Now getting 2-5 regular (depending UK or RK) and no boots, I'd just get the kilts.

New Rock's don't do it for me, but I've seen some sweet looking leather kilts on these pages . . .
Best regards,
Jake

I don't need more boots, but I can always use kilts. Personally, I would go for the leather kilt.

Have got boots & kilts (wool, denim, poly-viscose, acrylic) - but haven't got a leather one yet - so I'd go for a leather!

Define: "regular kilt."
If you're talking wool, 13-16 oz. and boots. That would be an EASY choice for me.

I like leather, but I'm not all that fond of leather kilts. I'd go for the $ value of kilt + boots. Then again, I'm cheap.
