Although I must agree that it is sacrelige to taint The Macallan, we have a maple flavoured whisky that is damn fine. It's called "Sweet Sippin' Maple Whisky". It's made in High River, Alberta and contains just two ingredients: pure Canadian rye whisky and the best Canadian maple syrup. It is sweet but with a touch of lemon and club soda, it is downright refreshing. It's even better with an ounce or two of cream. On pancakes it makes breakfast a whole 'nother thing.
