Bottom line Jeramiah - ITS WORTH IT!
At age 21 you'll have it the rest of your life...or maybe you should order two...one your current size and one ballooned out like most of olde geezers do.
You're gonna love it!
And, hey, wool ain't just for formal occasions...our ancestors wore it daily.

I always wear wool, I only own wool kilts, so I dont have a choice. It costs a bit more, but one of my kilts was handed down to me by my dad and is almost 20yrs older than me, it's worth it.

Cant' find it right now, but I have both seen that figure here and on websites what said, "We can have anything woven for you".

Barb is thinking in "wholesale prices" while the website Adam saw was in "retail prices".

The biggest problem is the dough, and I'm not exactly entering a profession known for the money! (I intend to be a professor and minister) I could'nt afford a 500-600 kilt, and it will be some time before I could. That's why I think these poly kilts are so great and why I wear a lot of modern kilts, because frankly tanks are expensive. I couldn't even afford an R-kilt, my dear mum financed that little joy. It is no big deal, I will manage, there are still plenty of universal tartans to wear.

So you could get one of Matt's 4 yard box pleat kilts for $297 ($50 cheaper than you could get it buying direct from him.
It is 11oz fabric, but then so is PV.

Whoops, these are the spellings they accept Balliol, Baillie, Bailie. Another Clan was set up called Clan Bailey International, but it seems set up largely for the satisfaction of the leaders ego. A lot of on and on about 13th generation armorial head and that sort of thing as well as several links to his dojo.

You could always Change your Name. Sounds crazy but people change it for some novel reasons.

If I were you I would save up my money for a tank and be patient, rather than buying a more common tartan or poorly made kilt that you won't be as happy with. Sooner or later you will get the one you want. I speak from experience.

Great advice - as with many things, it's better to be patient and wait, rather than to "satisfice" one's Jones...
