I only saw one mention of Amerikilt here in this thread but I would heartly suggest them as an alternative to UK or Sportkilt. They are a very nice casual kilt, good weight fabric, good price and I really like the sporan. I wore my OD AmeriKilt during most of my cruise vacation last fall and loved it.
