Welcome Harold from the Seacoast of New Hampshire (USA). Looks like a Nightstalker sporran. Great choice with the casual look you've got going. All in all, looking good lad.

Hi there and welcome from Scotland.
You don't have to be Scottish to wear a kilt! More power to you.
You wear the kilt well!

Looks like a good fit to me. I would opt for some long kilt socks or if you prefer to wear them pushed down find a black boot sock that will give you a bit more mass around the ankle.
I'd reserve the waist plate style belt for a dressier occasion but for daily wear find a more casual belt similar to what you might wear with jeans only wider (no less than 2" for a Stillwater kilt because of the 24" length is my personal taste.)
Great first kilt though! Congratulations!
Welcome to you Harold, from the South Coast of England.
I agree wholeheartedly with all that Cavscout says. You really cannot wear 'trouser' socks with the kilt - you need hose (kilt socks) to achieve a balanced 'look', whether they are worn pulled up with shoes, or pushed down with boots.
Your belt is a Dress belt for formal wear. Many guys thesedays are wearing them as day, or casual, belts but they are far too 'dressy' and, I believe, spoil the entire casual appearance. Wide 2" belts with ordinary, pronged buckles are what you need, and they should be the same colour leather as your sporran and footwear - do not mix black and brown leather items!
Apart from those points: congratulations and well done! By the way, it will not be long before you start wondering about a second kilt - but perhaps you already are!
