If the Rob Roy isn't out already, a black body with blood-red front stiffener, entire flap to be a skull with no lower jaw. The effect would be a skull sticking it's tongue out. Go with off-white leather for the skull and dirty it up slightly. Tassels on the sporan to be decorated appropriately.
