Regimental style belts ... any ideas?

Greetings! Does anybody out here have any leads on regimental style kilt belts? I bought a Royal Irish Reg't piper's belt plate and ring, but there isn't an ex-army belt around to fit my waist. The sort I'm looking for allows the wearer to remove both the buckle and the ring, unlike most civ models that only allow the buckle to be removed...

 Does anybody have any suggestions?

While getting a proper white or black buff (and later patent) leather belt would be close to impossible, the current issue (for a few decades) ceremonial belts are made of plastic. The two basic patterns are black shinny "patent" (ersatz plastic as issued or patent leather at own expense) or white blancoed courlene. The "proper" belt would be black and shinny but unless you also have a patent leather (resp. plastic ersatz) sporran and "saffron" kilt and looking to recreate the uniform I'd go with the blancoed courlene (unless, of course, one could find someone to provide an appropriate length of buff leather). Blancoed courlene matched with civilian garb and a regimental brass buckle is out of context enough to be quite appealing as "fan gear". The white sets it apart from the ordinary. Suitable Courlene "belts" are available by length from, among others, http://houseoflabhran.net/buckles.html (Tim provides them with already made Courlene loops to hold the thing together). They don't need the holes.

Thanks for the links. I do have a saffron kilt and a black patent sporran (I don't think they made sporrans in plastic). I would prefer a black plastic belt just for the sake of accuracy.
While I'm at it, does anybody know where I can get a plain chrome kilt buckle? Whilst the RIR buckle will work, my kit is all Ulster Defence Regiment. I have the correct buckle device, just nothing to put it on!
