    Thanks, again!
I don't have a Sporran from Rkilts but I have a leather kilts from Rkilts. Robert is an artist and I love the kilt that he build for me. I assume that the sporrans from him will be high quality as well.

As far as price go, you get what you pay for. I have mass produce sporrans and handmade sporrans. My handmade sporran from Freelander is one hell of a sporran. The quality of leather is top notch.

For those of you that have an US Army semi traditional kilt in PV from USAK
How if feel and swing as compared to a wool Kilt in 13 0z?

    Does it feel lighter?
    Is the difference very noticeable?

Well, I can't comment on a 13 ounce... my wool tartan kilt is a 16 ounce. There is a bit of a difference between the PV and the 16 ounce wool... the PV is a bit lighter and does seem to flip up a bit more easily. It's not a big deal; just something of which to be aware. The upside to that is it's not as heavy to wear as a heavier weave wool.

I like them both - bottom line is the PV in NO way feels light or flimsy, just different.

Everyone: Thanks for all the advice! Of course, I'll look at all recommended. The kilt is still some time away, but I'll get the sporran at the same time. The USAK in PV does seem to be my choice for now, I'll look at the wool versions when I win the lottery (or sell the kids to the Amish). For now...
