Any info on this kilt maker?
I apologize if this has been covered. I did a search and came up blank.
Has anyone had experience with this kilt maker, kilt-accessories, on E-bay? They have good feedback, but would like some first hand reviews.

Thanks everyone,

They are better known as Frugal Kilts I think. I understand they get their kilts from the same manufacturer as Stillwater. I've not done business with them though.

It's Frugal Corner is the company... the kiltmaker is someone at their supplier's factory in Pakistan.
Not sure about their CS... no one has complained to my knowledge.

One caution, they are stating that it is a 16 ounce kilt. I am unaware of anything BUT wool that is available in such a weight.

Weights-The weight of a given material is measured in ounces per square yard or ounces per linear yard depending on the cut. Wool, Cloth, Poly, linen, denim...etc can all be made thicker or thinner, we have ability to get three weights 13/15/16..we did have some 15 but did not like it.

Mark,
I keep forgetting to ask, since you are a marine. Do you have the leatherneck tartan.

About how much material is used to make these kilts (4 yards, 8 yards)?

I used to live in deland, Florida. The 13 oz kilt has about 146+- inches in a waist size 32.. (very unscientific trying to measure out a kilt that is already made) this would be equal to about 4.1 yards. I dont have the 16 oz measured yet
