If I remember rightly the UK 1966 performer was Kenneth McKellar and that he sang kilted.
The song A Man Without Love came 9th which is considerably better than we are able to get these days with all the parochialism that goes on. 
He will be 80 on June 23rd.

.And dervish was really good and touched the hearts but i think the melody was strange for easterns.Also UK gave 12 points to us it must be the müslümans who live there.
