I only have two comments. The first is really a matter of my personal taste (which I know several others on this board share), and that is that I really don't like the neo-Jacobite style shirts. I agree with McMurdo that it tends to make the kilt look more like a costume. However, there are a lot of folks who like them, they are very popular, and you'll certainly see a lot of them at the Highland games. So if you like it, don't worry about sticking out. Personally, however, I'd wear a golf shirt in a nice shade of blue to tone well with the tartan.
The one thing I would really encourage you to change would be the cap. I was told long ago when I first began wearing kilts that the best rule of thumb is to not wear a tartan cap with a tartan kilt. Solid caps look much better. (I know some people who have managed to really pull off a tartan cap worn with a kilt, but on the whole, I think this is sound advice to help folks avoid looking like an extra fro Bridagoon).
Other than those two minor points, your outfit looks great. And, as I stated, these are minor points. You could go to the Games dressed just as you are in the pic and fit in quite nicely, no doubt.
