    Great picture...looks good!

Tip: Maybe consider a leather sporran strap for casual wear...more comfortable and it won't damage your kilt

    Welcome aboard,

Looks a tad like the scenery in the Willamette Valley of Oregon.

The reason it fits comfortably is that I've altered it. It was bought on eBay (not yet into buying expensive gear...maybe later). But as I find wearing kilts in the usual high on the abdomen way a bit strange still (too many years of wearing 'hipsters'!) I elected to shorten the length by a drastic 3". It took most of a day tacking it up (I'm no tailor), and re-pressing all the pleats. It still hangs respectably across the knee. There was also the usual tassled effect down the edge of the front which hung out way too far - I had to do away with it. But I'm pleased with the outcome.
