one thing from a photography standpoint. you are in 2 very different light settings. the first photo really pulls out the green with natural light. the second pulls out white and black with a florecent (sp?) lighting/flash.
on the dyeing, it is such a pretty sporran, it really is, I think you should keep it the same, make a new one (if McMurdo is accurate) to match you kilt and then go and buy a new kilt to match your white sporran. either way, you end up with a new kilt and a new sporran. its like a win-win situation
