Thanks everyone, for the compliments and all. I tried not to leave anything out, but I'm sure I missed a few things. I was hoping to post a nice fair detailed review. I figure its better for everyone if they know exactly what to expect when they order. That way you don't have unhappy customers expecting more. Or the retailer getting bad mouthed an nitpicked about it. Kilt sales go up, everyones boys are well air conditioned. Of course that makes us all very happy. Peoples attitude in general change for the better. The girls really like it too, so we end up out breeding the pants wearers. And finally us kilt wearers take over the world!!! *evil laugh* Wait, I got a little carried away there.

Billmcc, yeah, I was going to mention that the right side was tapered but not the left, I think I forgot to put it in the reveiw though.

Chris, Thanks for the advise on the shirt. I'll have to look into that.

Angus of Stewart, it one of their stock kilts. For the extra couple of bucks I may look into getting one of thier custome ones next time around.

Rampant Lion, yeah, it kinda looks like that. the pleating is kinda funky really. If you look closely at it, they have it strarted pleated to set, then it jumps off and starts over from a new line. The overall look from the back at a distance definately looks more like they pleated to strip. The one line two line thing is definately there, but its not the same lines accross the set. So, every where where theres a double line, its a diffrent double line from the one before it, same with the white. Im not sure if they pleated it single, double, single, double on purpose or if it just happened because this tartan is full of white lines. Over all it looks nices. and it has more of a pleated to strip look like you were saying. But its a little unconventional. But it does look good, kinda unique.

Alan H, Yeah, Clergy or Clark or whatever. Im not sure if theres a set diffrence in the two, or its just up to the mill when they make the thing. I think I saw posted in here that the Clark take on it "usually" has white lines and the Clergy "usually" has gray. But I think the general view is the two are kinda interchangable, is that how it works tartan guys?
