So, David, now we know Steve's plan, how is the hitchhiking when kilted in B.C.? We know it doesn't work too well for Andrew Beecher in the outback of Colorado, but there are probably other issues at work there.
Victoria has been represented as a kilt-friendly town.
BTW, the motel desk clerk told me the Galloping Goose Trail goes right into downtown!? ...
... Aha! That's just what ya'll call it for tourists. Its REAL name is probably something like the Wild Goose Chase.
