So I'm not going to make it to the festivities tonight...it's a long drive from here to Oak Brook and I don't fancy getting home at midnight and then getting up at six AM to get out there on Saturday.

I am most assuredly going to be there first thing on Saturday, though.

So look for the balding red headed guy wearing the Campbell of Cawdor with an Xmarks kilt pin...if you want to exchange cell phone numbers PM me.

Be there or be square...and it's gonna be hot and don't forget the sunscreen...you can never have enough sunscreen at one of these events...and don't forget to put it on the knees!...and the BACKS of the knees! I don't want you limping around complaining!

Good times at these games...got to meet Beloitpiper and Gaisgeil...great guys.

I think that Beloitpiper captured a lot of "kilt don'ts" that he may be posting in that thread...I'll get a few pix up in the Show Us Yer Pix category as soon as i can get them downloaded.

90+ degrees and cicada's to spare...ask Gaisgeil about that...but a great day.

Let's see, I was in the area in '73 and that was a huge cicada year. 73 + 17 + 17.... Yes, I'll bet you did have a few cicadas !!!
