CR66:
For the price, I don't think they can be beaten. Well made from quality materials. Neither hand-sewn nor tailored-to-measure, but a quality product with superb customer service. I almost suspect that Jerry has your order pre-boxed and ready to ship, that's how fast he gets the kilts delivered to customers. There has been a steady and noticeable improvement in the quality of the kilts he offers over the last few years: I recommend him without qualification (other than being off the rack). Remember the standard 24" length!

Saffron and Weathered Lamont Stillwater Kilts
I have the two kilts mentioned above. They are good quality and you can't beat the speed of delivery or the price. They weigh over 4 pounds! so they really are heavyweight.
24" length means, I think, that you should really be around 6' tall to wear them comfortably.

I have the HW Saffron. I really like that kilt. So much so, I'm looking at getting a black Shadow Tartan. I don't think you will regret the investment. Next to a Hand-sewn wool tank, I'd say PV and the Stillwater HW's are a tie for second in my book.

I'd be interested in a review on that box pleated Kilt, when you get it. I've got my eye on one, too.

You lucky fella!
G'day CelticRanger
Two kilts for the same occasion! You lucky man!! I think I need to get your wife to have a few words with my wife - see if she can't convince my lady to buy me multiple kilts each time! ;)
cheers
