    Wearing the kilt at the natural waist is the way to go it will look right wearing it at pant level just doesn't look the same, will it take some getting used to sure it will but you will look better for it. Take a look at the style threads

    And to give another opinion. My friend has a kilt made for his pants waist. It looks okay, he's 6'8", 350#. Rocky at USAKilts tried to talk him into normal waist but he would not be moved.
