Great news! I just put in my order for a red pair to try them out.

Also, those that do purchase, let me know what you think about the 44" length. Is it long enough for you? I can have them made even longer if need be, but I didn't want them to be too long for people, either. I'd appreciate any feedback.
I got mine the other day and they look fantastic. I haven't actually worn them with hose yet, but I did wrap them around my legs to test the size and I have to say they are plenty long for my 20" calves.

The color selection is fine for now, but I would eventually like to see the same selection of colors as are available for the hose. Of course, I realize you can't base a business on my wishes alone, but that's my two cents.

Good to know on the length, Dave, thanks! We had a bit of a discussion deciding how much longer to make these. Sounds like the 44" length is a winner.

I have just ordered another pair of these in Bottle Green.

What I would really like to see is a set of yellow flashes like this. Some of my kilts have little stripes of yellow in the pattern and yellow flashes would tie in nicely, especially with darker hose for contrast.

What do you think Matt, is that possible?

I've asked my suppliers if these could be made in yellow, as I have several people asking for them, and so far no dice.

I'll keep mentioning it to them, though, letting them know that this is a color I have demand for. Maybe I can convince them to add it to the line.

If it ever becomes available, you'll read about it on X-Marks!
