    It looks like the kiltie is also the senior man because he has collar insignia and the other fellow (who looks like he'd rather be somewhere else) doesn't.

    Cool. It's nice that he gets to wear it at work. And a SK is a good choice for that job, I would imagine. You don't have to worry about messing up a very expensive kilt when you're having to wrestle bears or something equally messy.
