    It's great value for money! It can be dressed up nicely.

    My current avatar shows a SWK economy. In size 34, it's about 4.5 yards of material, has belt/sporran loops and straps, but the fell is not stitched down ( that is, the top of the pleats which would normally be tapered from the waistband to the hips). It's very nicely pleated to the stripe.

    I have hand stitched this one to give it a little taper and less "flare" at the top. I'll post a pic soon... I consider it a fairly successful modification.
