The biggest question, and it will take some time to answer, is why did the bridge collapse. There was some minor repair going on, but nothing related to what happened. There didn't seem to be any seismic activity and it didn't seem to be a terrorist activity. The bridge just collapsed.

It really makes you appreciate just how quickly and without warning something like this can happen.
