Need help AGAIN

I think it looks OK, not sure about the regulations and all, however if you have worn it before with different kilts then why not with this one? I am not a big fan of the rabbit fur sporrans they look cheap to me, I know that you can not bring sealskin into the states, however there are alternatives that look great, I know USA Kilts has some here

This is a Scottish Rite meeting, last time I wore the Jacket was a York Rite meeting. The uniforms are the same except York Rite we wear Red bowties and NO hat.
I have another fur sporran but it brown and I don't think it looks good. You tell me.

This is what I wore last time but with a Red bowtie.
