    Do you have a solid black kilt? Your white jacket is an idea I've toyed with for a while where you are basically just swapping out black tux pants for a black kilt with black hose. You could put some nickel or pewter buttons on the jacket and cuffs and maybe find some flashes to go with one of the colors in your hat.

    I do not have a solid black kilt right now... But Frugal Corner, just started carrying them. I have told Mark at FC as soon as he gets one in my size I want it... I was also thinking about if it is the right black to add a SATIN stripe down the side, like tux pants have. I think that would be really cool!!

    I would add the satin stripe down the side of the apron, like the Leatherneck Pipes and Drums did with their blood stripe. That would look sharp I think.

    As to the outfit above, I like it. I would think it would be fine, as long as your brothers didn't object.
