Wow! And I was beginning to think it was just me! Have had the same problem as Taxdragon. I enlisted help & 'Shriner' kindly worked some 'magic' and they FINALLY answered my two weeks of emails & phone messages. My "in stock' order has been languishing since July 8th. Today I received a curt "Will take care of it tomorrow" message. So I guess that's all the explanation I'll be getting from them. Hopefully I'll get my remaining order next week at the latest? Really awful service!
