I agree. The armed forces, peace officers, fire fighters and emergency response personnel put their lives on the line every day to protect our way of life. They have my respect and admiration.

My family will be setting aside a silent, one hour candle-light sitting this evening for those who were lost during the 9/11 tragedy.

I remember the powerful emotions that hit me when I visited the spot in 2005.
