I am planning on coming up , I had planned on being there for the Whisky tasting but that night is my daughter's senior night (which I will be kilted for) with her high school band . So I will be making a mad dash to my parent's house outside Brasilton, after that is over. Maybe a gathering of the Rabble is in order in some area of the games.

Well, just dang and other epitaphs.... When I accepted the assignment to India, I flat forgot about the SMHG. This will be the first one I have missed in three years! Have a good time fellows!

I'm thinking about coming down and maybe camping but not sure yet. I'm doing a good bit of traveling this month and that's one of my few weekends at home.

As Cawdorian has said, let's meet at the Lamont tent at 1:00pm on Saturday. Of course come by anytime if you like on Sat and/or Sun. We will be there and the hospitality of Clan Lamont will be extended to all. We tried meeting near the vendors 2 years ago and we all missed each other. The Clan tent worked pretty well last year. Hope to see you all there.

Better plan to have a real choice of the aqua vitae, boys. 1:00 at Clan Lamont on Saturday it is. I'll be around, and maybe we should plan to have a ribbon as a show of X-markers. How about a red ribbon on the kilt pin?

Any other ideas? I'll pop for the first taste of real whiskey, and I think SouthernScot will attest to my abiltity to produce quality whisky. How 'bout you other guys? Shall we all plan a gatherin'?

Looking forward to seeing everyone again and meeting the newcomers. When you come to the Clan Lamont tent, ask for either Scot or Jim, since most folks there don't know us as SouthernScot and Cawdorian. Anyone up for dinner and/or drinks afterward on Saturday at one of the local establishments? Anybody more familiar with the area have any suggestions? There are some good pubs, so I hear, around Stone Mountain.
