MCLAUGHLIN This is an anglicisation of Mac Lochlainn, meaning son of Lochlann. Lochlann is a personal name denoting one of Viking descent.
ISBELL Can't help you here I'm afraid. 
A Gaelic transliteration (for amusement) could be Iosbael.
