You can order shorter hem lengths from Jerry, it'll just take longer to get, because he has to order it from his suppliers, and they're overseas.

MacDougall beat me to it, but agreed. You can custom order from Jerry at SWK, but it just takes longer.

Yup. Look at the kilt listing page, at the bottom of the page.

Of course, I imagine it would be faster, and not much (if any) more expensive to just order the standard length, and take it to your neighborhood alterations place to be hemmed.
