Hello all,
First off I am not sure if I am posting this in the correct forum, if not then my apologies. I finally arrived at my new base and now am living in Goldsboro NC. I was wanting to know if there are any kilt, accessorie shops in the Raleigh area? thanks for the help

You're about 6 hours from the Scottish Tartans Museum in Frankin:

They have an extensive gift shop that would be worth the trip!

Don't know about Raleigh, but for sure if you've the time and the means to travel to Williamsburg, VA and Alexandria, VA there are retail places. Check the map to see if its closer to head up to see Matt at the STA.
Guessing the local Scottish/Celtic groups could give you the info too. And, pretty sure there are a bunch of guys on this board not to far from you that will chime in soon.
Enjoy the adventure.

I don't know about down East, but here's another vote for the Tartan Museum. You'll not be disappointed.
And if you head west to Franklin you'll have to stop in Asheville to hoist a pint with the locals. Just don't go into our cletic shop!

I'm just down the road in New Bern and don't know of any bricks and mortar suppliers in the eastern NC. There is one web based in, I believe, either Raleigh or Chapel Hill who is sometimes at the Raleigh Flea Market. Have no idea of the quality of their merchandise.
