I'm kilted full-time outside of work, except when I have "a large fuzzy form with a slavering maw", "most notable for its almost comically dimwitted expression and huge size".

Been kilted mainly full-time for around seven years. I have to wear a uniform at work when I'm on-duty, but can (and do) wear the kilt to work when I'm not expected to respond to emergencies.

Full-timer, except for the 4 months spent on my last hike for practical reasons - but the previous two hikes were kilted. My full-time four-year mark is coming up.
