I'd say yes, with both the kilt pin and sgian dubh being on the left side. If so, though, he's wearing the plaid on the wrong shoulder. As Barb said, it's correct in the photo.

The plaid, really has no "correct shoulder" any more than the sgian dubh has a "correct leg."
If a person is left handed, a very good argument could be made to switch the plaid to the other side.

I'll concede that. It's the kilt pin, and thus, the apron, that's definitely wrong.
