OK. I'll give it a try.
First, a "dress" sporran would not be required. If your intention is to appear in "business attire", a semi-formal would do. This could be a decorated all leather sporran or a fur fronted sporran.
As to the shoes, if you are dressing in anything less than formal wear, a good pair of plain black lace-up brogues will do nicely.
The jacket is more of a personal thing. I think you can look darn spiffy with a nice tie and no jacket.
What I am attempting to do is put to rest any fears you may have about your appearance at a company gathering. The items you mentioned needing can all be aquired at a more leisurely pace and a reduced stress rate.
I have placed a pic of myself dressed in such a way so you can decide for yourself as to whether this style might work for you.

Other than donning a coat to ward off the chill, I felt this outfit worked fine. And judging by what the ladies had to say, well...................
