I missed this thread also! Thanks for the new (!) photos Alex and for bringing back happy memories of my one-night stop-over in Dumfries en-route to Oban.
(I made a second stop-over in Dumfries a few days later, on my way back down south. Robertson, Emma and I didn't do a pub crawl that evening, but went for a very nice meal instead!)
