Email them, the responses sometimes take a day or two, but I have always had good communication from Iain and David. Mine are both pleated to the sett.
Considering that is 8 yards of 16oz wool that normally sells for up to $65/ yard without being made into a kilt, it's a heck of a good deal. Especially for a tartan that is so sought after.
