Pie crust or fillo dough or something like that, stuffed with brownie batter, cookie dough, peanut butter, fudge, and crunchy candy bits of some kind and bake it. Some sort of ubersweet monstrosity like that ought to do the trick.
To make a more traditional filling you would need to raid your childrens' halloween stash for all the nasty bits of candy that nobody in their right mind would eat.
