Well, I'm just about sold on the Gray Granite. I have a real hard time seeing the computer tartan, so I'm not completely sure, but I think I found my next tartan. Thank you!

For sure the American Heritage from USAKilt as a celebration of your new life/country. However if you can finagle both, then so much the better . two personal observation though on the SWK. I've never seen the Nightstalker in person (so it's purely speculative on my part) but SWK was my first kilt, I went with the Black Shadow heavyweight as the Nightstalker just looked as though the design was printed on. Also the SWK is 24" long, are you sure you can wear that length (he inquires tactfully)?

No. My kilts have to be a drop of 21" But I have a very nice and talented Mother and Mother-in-law who are both a dab-hand at hemming my kilts for me so well that they still look good.

When I went to post it showed the original post plus 2 duplicate posts, I tried to fix it and somehow 2 of the posts then disappeared so no problem really after all.

I have an American Heritage semi-traditional and can't say enough good things about Rock'y craftsmanship. It's a great kilt in a great tartan. Honestly, you can't go wrong.

I've got it. You need a 16 oz, PV, black shadow, 6 yard semi-trad. We can dream can't we?

Yes, that's what we need. Although if SWK were to make their Nightstalker in the heavy weight wool...
