William Walace. Haven't these people seen the documentary Braveheart?!? He's supposed to be wearing a kilt!

But he is - a knee-length, chainmail kilt, pleated in the back, worn with over-the-knee mail hose!

That nose, the red hair, the ruddy cheeks, the blank expression ... bred true for three and a half centuries on my mother's side of the family.
