All right, nice, the reason I asked was because so many people here seem to be so against the idea of ever wearing a kilt without hose. Glad to know this is an exception. Sporran off or at least to the side does seem like a good idea!

Actually I hardly ever wear hose in the summer. Regular cotton socks are so much cooler and when you are wearing them scrunched down, it doesn't matter.
