We have a annual Dickens festival down in the Galveston historic district every year. They encourage everyone to dress in Victorian era outfits etc.. I think there were more kilts this year than I've ever seen. I carried a camera around all day, but kind of forgot I had it
so I only took a few pictures! Too bad too, there were some good "kilt don'ts" in the crowd!
